Account verification is common practice at any legitimate online casino. As we handle personal and financial information and make financial transactions, we need to ensure that our players are who they say they are.
We verify player accounts to eliminate identity theft, underage gambling, problem gambling, fraud, money laundering, and more.
To verify your account, you will need to send in documents that verify your identity. These documents are sent via “My Account” and “Verification” when logged in.
Note that you will have to have received a request to verify your account before you can upload your documents via your account. Once the request has been sent, you’ll see a “Verification needed” button at the top of the side menu. Check out the images below to see how our document processing system looks.
Should you wish to verify your account proactively, feel free to send your documentation to support@casinodays.com.
When verifying your account, we would first and foremost like to confirm that the personal details you have entered are correct. Occasionally, we will also ask for documentation confirming that the payment method belongs to you.
These are the documents we accept copies of:
ID: Passport, ID Card, Driver’s License, Adhaar Card. The document must be valid and have a visible expiration date, and the image should show all four corners of it.
Proof of Address: A copy of a utility bill, bank statement, card statement, or anything similar issued in your name and shows your residential address. The document should be no older than three months, so an issue date will also have to be visible. There should also be a clear name and or logo of the sender. The full document should be visible (all four corners).
Proof of Payment Method: Varies depending on the method used.
Legitimate casinos like ourselves work hard to prevent any type of criminal activity from occurring on our website. One important step in that work is knowing the identities of our customers.
If online casinos were to accept players blindly, there’s a great risk that people would use that opportunity to commit crimes like fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or gambling while underage or suffering from gambling addiction.
Account verification is a standardised procedure that all licensed gambling operators have to comply with. Check out our FAQ for more information on account verification.
The urges of a person suffering from gambling addiction can sometimes be so strong that they’ll attempt to open a new gaming account, although they’ve already been permanently self-excluded from the website.
Account verification allows us to identify them and close down any new accounts they may have created, minimising the risk of them causing more harm to themselves and those affected by their addiction.
Underage gambling is not allowed here at Casino Days. Online casino games are reserved for adults only, as playing with real money can be harmful to younger people.
Completing an account verification enables us to confirm the age of the registered player. A player that has been found to be underage will have their account instantly closed.
Learning the identity of our players makes it possible for us to catch potential crimes taking place where stolen payment methods or identities are being used without the real owner's knowledge.
By asking for verification, we can prevent unnecessary financial loss for unaware victims and spot other fraudulent activities.
